REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund under the following conditions: Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more in advance, you will not be charged any cancellation fee and can reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Service Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with the haircut or service you received, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We will offer to fix the issue or provide a partial refund depending on the nature of your concern. Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. No refund will be issued for missed time due to late arrivals.
